DIRECTOR OF INTERNATIONAL TAX PLANNING

Damien is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Harvard University and a graduate of Columbia Law School. Prior to joining The Archer Financial Group, Mr. Rios practiced law at Milbank LLP. As a member of the trust and estates department at Milbank, Mr. Rios focused on estate planning, complicated tax matters, and insurance planning for some of the wealthiest individuals in the United States. Lastly, Mr. Rios was an adjunct professor at the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University where he taught courses on U.S. federal income tax.
